Sinoway Service Support in Middle Asia

In the middle of September, 2012, Sinoway sent a service team to Kazakhstan, to pay a review visiting and service back up as well as training for technicians.

Customer is running a fleet of 14 Sinoway machines, of which 5 are excavators covering SWE230LC crawler excavator, SWE230LB long reach boom excavator, SWEL150 wheel excavator, SWEL210 wheel excavator, and 4 units of bulldozers which are 165HP model SWD165 crawler bulldozer including one swamp bulldozer for wetland application. The rest are wheel loaders SWL30F and SWL50F.

After about 8 months of operating, customer is very pleased with Sinoway machines, especially for the crawler excavators, one of the operators said;” this is a very good machine, the engine is powerful, boom is strong, and the cabin is the one that you can work in all day long.”

“However, it’s our first time for them to operate Sinoway, so there are still some doubt on operating and maintenance after a couple of months’ application, so the dispatch of the technicians on site do help a lot to us, we appreciate highly and are planning a repeat order in the next few months for our new project”, said Mr. Mart.
