Sinoway African Care Travel-I (Ghana Visit)

In early last July, Sinoway lauched a new program of customer care-African Care Travel. We send our staff to the machiney sites of our customers, to learn about the performance and feedback of Sinoway Construction Equipment.

The first lucky customer is Mr. Alex Narh, the user of Sinoway Crawler Bulldozer based in Ghana. Since 2008, Alex has been working with Sinoway, and he is now hold two crawler bulldzoers; one bulldozer SWD7 with ripper and another is SWD165Y; three wheel loaders SWL50F-II, and one motor grader SWG180 with front blade and ripper. After fully inspected the machines, Sinoway staff present a suggestion on operating and maintenance for the machines. Alex was exited and grateful with following feedback: “I am happy working with you guys, when the machine is down, your parts are always there and can reach me within one week.”

Mr. Edwin is also a user of Sinoway wagon drill on his quarry site, we inspected the machine fully. “ The drill is a small machine but important for the quarry site, if the rig is down, we can’t blasting, and we have to stop everything,” Said Mr. Edwin,” Sinoway is the best among my suppliers, and I have to thank Gina, she is always with me for the backup service. Now I am planning a second purchase with more machines like loaders and tipper truck.”

With our improving quality on the machines and service, we are looking at open up with a sharp increase for the African market, and we are just hit the road.
